  • Construct an arsenal of tools for building emotional and physical reserves in dealing with stress.
  • Develop a plan for enhancing better balance and nurturance of all the various dimensions of your life (work, marriage, family, sexuality, financial, spiritual, recreation, etc.).
  • Improve your problem-solving skills for more solid decision-making and values-driven behavior.
